Procurement of Dental, General Store, Printing Material, Stationary, Computer Stationary, Medical Gases, X-Ray Films for Government Mian Meer Hospital Lahore

Government Mian Meer Hospital (GMMH), Lahore invites bids for procurement of various items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System with an open competitive method using a single stage two envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Dental Material - Biomedical Equipment & Related Accessories - Printing Materials - Stationary - Computer Stationary - General store items - Supply of Medical Gases - X-Ray Films The contract is a framework rate contract for supply of required items on day to day, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis as per demand and budget availability. The evaluation will be done on lot wise cumulative price basis for the total estimated quantity. Bidders must quote all items in the chosen lot; missing any item will lead to rejection. Financial quotations must include clear columns for product, specification, trade name, unit, unit cost, quantity, total cost, and grand total for the lot. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, GST, PST, Professional Tax, active tax payee status, no blacklisting, and legal authorization for business in Punjab. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 6th September 2026 at 11:00 am in the Committee Room of GMMH. Bid submission deadline is 12th September 2026 at 10:00 am through EP.Punjab portal. Bid opening will be on the same day at 11:00 am in the Committee Room of GMMH. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids with complete documentation and ensure timely submission through the Punjab E-Procurement System to avoid disqualification.
