Procurement of Dental Items for FY 2026-27 - CGH Rawalpindi Cantonment Board

The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RHQ Rawalpindi) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of Dental Items for the Financial Year 2026-27 for Cantt General Hospital (CGH) Rawalpindi Cantonment. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Suppliers must ensure timely delivery to CGH Rawalpindi Cantt within 27 days of order. Eligibility criteria include valid Drug Sale/Distribution License (Category A), FBR registration, ATL status, minimum 3 years experience supplying to government or reputable organizations, and no blacklisting. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost per lot is required in the form of Call Deposit. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 07 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids are not accepted. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract value will be required from the successful bidder. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your EPADS registration is complete and up to date well before the deadline, and upload all required documents including scanned bid security. Late or incomplete submissions will be disqualified. Also, carefully review the technical compliance schedule and provide all supporting literature and valid registrations to avoid disqualification at technical evaluation stage.
