Procurement of Dental Material, Instrument/Equipment and Stationery Store Items FY 2026-2027

Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital Rawalpindi invites bids from well reputed firms and contractors who are registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and are on Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is for Dental Material, Instrument/Equipment and Stationery Store Items for the financial year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - 2nd Time Dental Material FY 2026-2027 (Estimated Cost Rs. 3,195,500) - 2nd Time Instrument / Equipment FY 2026-2027 (Estimated Cost Rs. 9,537,500) - 2nd Time Stationery Store Items FY 2026-2027 (Estimated Cost Rs. 7,091,770) The procurement shall be made in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules-2014 on Single Stage Two Envelope basis. Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and e-PADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically on e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System by 15.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. through e-PADS. Hard copies of the technical bid along with bid security of performance guarantee must be submitted on or before 15.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Purchase Cell, Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital Rawalpindi. Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders regarding preparation, delivery or electronic submission of bids. All assessments and procurement procedures including receiving, opening and awarding will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 and e-Punjab Acquisitions and Disposal System. The purchaser reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
