Items being procured: - Design of OES Portal - Development of OES Portal - Deployment of OES Portal - Maintenance of OES Portal This procurement involves a comprehensive technical scope including the creation and ongoing support of a digital platform to facilitate overseas employment processes. The portal must be robust, secure, and user-friendly, meeting all technical and regulatory requirements set by TEVTA. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, have valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations, and comply with all PPRA rules. Bid security of Rs. 358,000 is required to participate. Bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website and can be downloaded free of cost.
