Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Elevator Control Cabinet and Components for Doppler Lift

Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) Islamabad invites electronic bids/proposals under the Single Stage One Envelope Method Rule 31(d) of PPRA Rules 2026 through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from authorized dealers and sole distributors of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) registered with income and sales tax departments for the repair and maintenance of the existing Doppler lift on a DDP turnkey basis. Items being procured: - Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Elevator Control Cabinet for Doppler Lift Complete Branded & Integrated System 18.5KW including Main PCB & Control Board, Branded Inverter Unit, Circuit Breakers, Contactors, Control Transformer, Terminal Blocks, Inspection Controls, Wiring Programming & Integration of the new control system & associated components, full compatibility among inverter, control card, encoder, geared motor, ARD and elevator control components, complete dismantling/removal of existing obsolete control equipment if required (1 Complete Job) - Encoder for Geared Motor (Qty 1) - LOP (Landing Operating Panel) (Qty 8) - COP (Car Operating Panel) - Card Only (Qty 1) - ARD (Automatic Rescue Device) - 18KW Branded (Qty 1) The technical scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a fully branded and integrated elevator control system with all necessary components and compatibility checks. Bidders must be financially sound, registered with NTN and income tax departments, and authorized OEM dealers. A 2% bid security in the form of CDR or bank draft in favor of Controller (Procurement Cell) PBC Headquarters Islamabad is required. Tender fee of Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable) must be submitted as a bank draft. Bidders are required to visit the site at PBC NBH Islamabad before submission. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS V.2 portal by 22-10-2026 (Tuesday) at 11:00 a.m. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened 30 minutes after closing time on the same day.
