Tender Description
The P&LP Directorate of the National University of Science and Technology Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of desktop computers specifically for the HR Directorate at the NUST H-12 Campus in Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to equip the HR Directorate with modern computing equipment to enhance operational efficiency.
Items being procured:
- Desktop Computers (2 Nos) with specifications including HP/Dell/Lenovo or equivalent branded desktops, Core i5 Latest 14th Gen processor, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD storage, 22" FHD LED Monitor, keyboard, mouse, and necessary cables.
The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit their bids electronically before the deadline. The bid security must be submitted physically in the form of a Pay Order to the P&LP Directorate at NUST H-12 Campus before the bid submission deadline.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR, no blacklisting, and compliance with all bidding document requirements. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract price. Delivery is expected within 42 days at the specified location.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements. The bid opening will be conducted online on October 7, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
