Items being procured: - Development and Deployment of Augmented Reality Applications for Environment and Climate Awareness - Organization of TED Talks and Model United Nations Sessions on Environment and Climate Awareness - Province-Wide Street Theatre Campaign on Environment and Climate Awareness The scope of work involves innovative and impactful awareness campaigns using modern technology such as augmented reality, educational and interactive sessions like TED Talks and Model UN, and cultural street theatre performances across Punjab. These activities require firms with proven experience in event management, digital application development, and public engagement in environmental themes. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess relevant experience in similar projects. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP), ensuring transparency and efficiency. The bid security required is 2% of the estimated cost for each lot, and bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 11th August 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
