Procurement of Drinking Water Cooler, Water Tank and Filtration System at Pakistan National Shipping Corporation Karachi

The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (Maintenance & Project / Technical Department) Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of drinking water coolers, water tanks, and filtration systems for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for installation outside the Masjid area and West Wharf Workshop at PNSC Karachi. Items being procured: - Water Cooler ME Cooler 40 Gallon/HR Gold with nominal capacity of 33 USG/HR, compressor rating 5640 BTU/HR, input power 555 watts, capacity at 32.2 C ambient 114 liters/hr, cabinet with stand accessories, brand MECO or equivalent (Quantity: 2) - Food Grade Water Tank 1000 LTR, brand Al Ghazi or equivalent (Quantity: 2) - Triple Water Purifier System UV-2000S, 3 stages, brand So Safe UV or equivalent, designed for raw line water (municipal supply), physically filters sediments and organic chemicals before sterilizing water with UV light to kill 99.99% bacteria and viruses, cartridge with granular activated carbon removing up to 99% organic chemicals, chlorine, THMs, insecticide, pesticides, herbicides, and eliminates unpleasant tastes and odor, sterilizer with imported low pressure mercury vapor UV lamp, lamp life approx. 1 year or 3000 hours of continuous use (Quantity: 2) The technical scope includes supply and delivery of brand new equipment meeting specified standards and warranty requirements. The delivery location is Maintenance & Project/Technical Department, 12th Floor, PNSC Building, M.T Khan Road, Karachi with a delivery schedule of 22 days. Eligible bidders must have valid FBR registration, be on the Active Taxpayers List, not blacklisted, and have at least one year of experience in similar field. Bid security in the form of Pay Order is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by the deadline. The bid opening will be conducted online on September 23, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
