Negotiated Tender for Replacement of 04 Ton Fan Coil Units Installed at PNSC Building Karachi

The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) (M&P) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the negotiated tender for replacement of 04 Ton Fan Coil Units installed at the PNSC Building located on M.T Khan Road, Karachi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The tender reference number is P114670. Items being procured: - 04 Ton Fan Coil Unit (Chilled Water) with capacity approx 48,000 BTU/hr - Airflow approx 2000 CFM - Entering water temperature 7°C, leaving water temperature 12°C - Water flow rate approx 16.5 LPM - Coil made of copper tube with aluminium fins - Blower type centrifugal (double inlet) - Motor 3 speed 230V / 50Hz / 1 phase - Voltage 220/380/415V - Connection 1" BSP (female) - Washable filter The successful bidder will be responsible for complete dismantling, installation, configuration, and commissioning of the units at the ground floor of the PNSC Building. The scope includes supply of brand new fan coil units conforming to the specifications and standards mentioned in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR Active Taxpayer List registration, minimum one year of experience with at least two similar sales, and no blacklisting by PPRA or any government entity. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of a Pay Order and comply with all terms and conditions as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Friday, September 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:30 AM through the EPADS platform.
