Tender Description
The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination through the National Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine (NIRM) Islamabad invites reputed firms with active Income Tax and Sales Tax registration to submit sealed tenders for the fiscal year 2025-2026. This procurement covers a wide range of medical, office, and service items required to support the institute’s operations in Islamabad.

The scope includes supply of medical consumables, chemicals, office furniture, stationery, hospital linen, dietary supplies, electrical and IT equipment, machinery, and maintenance services for electro-medical and general equipment. Additionally, outsourcing services for janitorial, security, and technical staff are included. The procurement requires compliance with technical specifications and quality standards suitable for a national health institute.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) if applicable, hold valid FBR and ATL registration, and demonstrate relevant experience in supplying medical and office equipment or providing related services. Earnest money as specified per item is required in the form of a refundable bank draft in favor of the DDO, NIRM Islamabad.
Tender documents can be downloaded via the PPRA EPADS system after obtaining a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.1,000 from NIRM.
