Procurement of Dry Batteries and Lead Acid Batteries for IT Section and Registrar Office

Islamia College Peshawar invites sealed bids for the procurement of Dry Batteries and Lead Acid Batteries specifically for the IT section and Registrar office. The procurement will be conducted through an open competitive bidding process under the Single Stage Single Envelope method as per KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Dry Batteries - Lead Acid Batteries Tender documents including bidding procedures, terms and conditions, scope of work, and item specifications are available on the EPADS portal. Bidders must be well-established and registered with the FBR. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable rules and the quoted prices should be inclusive of all taxes. Earnest money amounting to 2% of the total bid value must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Treasurer, Islamia College Peshawar. The original CDR must be physically submitted or sent via courier by 02:00 PM on September 08, 2026, to the office of the Convener Central Purchase Committee. Tender fee of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) must be deposited in Bank of Khyber, University of Peshawar Branch (Code-0317), Account No. 3007537138, IBAN PK21KHYB5317003007537138, or via bank draft in favor of the Treasurer, Islamia College Peshawar prior to bid submission. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS portal; no physical or other electronic submissions will be accepted. Bids will be opened at 02:30 PM on September 08, 2026, in the Video Conference Hall, Academic Block, Islamia College Peshawar, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. For clarifications, bidders may contact the office during working hours before the deadline. No queries will be entertained after the deadline on EPADS.
