Procurement of Electric Water Cooler with 3 Stage Filter Plant

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Islamabad invites bids for the procurement of Electric Water Coolers with 3 Stage Filter Plant for its various Regional Head Offices across Pakistan. The items being procured include: - Electric Water Cooler with minimum 65 Litres capacity - Non-Magnetic Stainless Steel body (food grade) - Cooling capacity approx. 35 to 40 Liters per hour - Compressor-based cooling with heavy duty hermetic compressor - Minimum 2 taps - Refrigerant R-134a - Cooling coiling made of 99% pure copper - Power consumption between 320 to 500 Watts - Voltage 220-240V - Cooling temperature range 5 C to 10 C - 3 Stage Water Filter Plant including Polypropylene Sediment Filter, Activated Carbon Block, Ceramic Filter Cartridge - Filter warranty 3 months and plant warranty 1 year The technical scope requires delivery to multiple NADRA Regional Head Offices including Multan, Sargodha, Muzaffarabad (AJK), Gilgit-Baltistan, Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Sukkur, and Islamabad Central Store. Delivery is scheduled within 8 weeks after purchase order issuance. The procurement is managed by NADRA HQ, located at State Bank of Pakistan Building, Shahrah-i-Jamhuriat, G-5/2, Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be OEMs or authorized dealers/distributors with valid manufacturing authorization letters and must provide compliance certificates, warranty certificates, and samples of filters. Bidders should have relevant experience and financial capacity as per the eligibility criteria. The bidding process follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method with a bid validity of 120 days. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, August 20, 2026, 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
