Tender Description
The Deputy Commissioner Tank Procurement Committee invites sealed bids for procurement, supply, service, and installation of equipment for the financial year 2026-27 under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure of KP-PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Bidders must be contractors, manufacturers, service providers, or authorized dealers/suppliers registered with FBR for Income/Sales Tax and with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) under Finance Act 2013. The procurement covers a diverse range of items including:

The detailed specifications, quantities, evaluation criteria, and terms and conditions are available on the e-procurement system (EPADS) at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/. Firms must attach copies of CNIC, NTN/Active Taxpayer Certificate, and an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted. Complete tender documents must be uploaded on EPADS by 12:00 PM on 5th October 2026. Financial bids will be opened at 12:30 PM the same day in the Conference Room of the Deputy Commissioner Tank office. Each bid must be accompanied by Earnest Money equal to 2% of the total quoted bid value in the form of an original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Deputy Commissioner Tank. The original CDR must be submitted in the office of the Deputy Commissioner Tank by or before 5th October 2026 up to 11:00 AM. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time as per KP Public Procurement Rules 2014.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the technical specifications and ensure timely submission of all required documents and earnest money to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of the CDR and registration on the EPADS portal will facilitate smooth participation.
