I (01) and ENT-II (01) (Total 04 Nos.) - Repair, maintenance, replacement parts of Floroscopy Machine at Radiology Department and Defibrillators at Emergency and Medical ICU Department (Repair of Floroscopy Machine Toshiba at Radiology 01 No., Repair of Defibrillators 02 Nos.) - Repair, Maintenance, Replacement of Furniture & Fixture including Executive Table, Office Table, Attendant Bench, Crash Trolley, Sofa Set, SS Instrument Trolley, SS Stool, Iron Cupboard at various departments. The scope covers comprehensive repair and maintenance services for medical and non-medical equipment and furniture at the hospital premises in Karachi. Bidders must be registered on EPADS and comply with the bidding documents available online. The bid security is 2% of the quoted price, and the bidding document cost is Rs. 3,000/-. The tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Rule-46(1).
