Procurement of Aluminum Ladders and Semi Electric Pallet Stacker

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, and suppliers for the procurement of Aluminum Ladders and a Semi Electric Pallet Stacker. The tenders are issued under IT numbers IT-6802 and IT-7864 respectively, with bid submission and opening scheduled for 06 October 2026 at 10:30 and 11:00 hours. The procurement is on FOR basis with delivery periods of 3 months after contract signing. Items being procured: - Aluminum Ladders: Double Aluminum Ladder (9 Nos), Telescope 20 Step Aluminum Ladder (15 Nos) - Semi Electric Pallet Stacker: 1 unit with load capacity 1,000 Kg, lift height 1.6 to 3.5 meters, powered by 24V/80Ah to 120Ah Lead-Acid or Lithium-Ion battery, turning radius less than 1.3 meters. The Aluminum Ladders must be brand new, conforming to approved drawings and specifications, with a warranty of 1 year after issuance of CRV. The Semi Electric Pallet Stacker requires export-grade packing, shock/tilt protection, disassembly/marking, handling at destination, site readiness, and training, with a 1-year warranty after CRV. Bidders must submit separate technical and commercial proposals in sealed envelopes, including bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration, audit reports for last 3 financial years, bank statements, CNIC of CEO/Director, OEM trade link, and a judicial certificate of non-blacklisting. Technical evaluation will be based on performance, past experience, and technical parameters, with financial evaluation on least cost basis.
