Procurement of Examination Stationery (ESheets) by Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Abbottabad

The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Abbottabad invites bids for the procurement of Examination Stationery (ESheets) under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014. This procurement is open to manufacturers, importers, authorized dealers, and general order suppliers who are registered with relevant tax authorities (FBR), active on Income Tax and Sales Tax Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and registered with the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADs). Items being procured: - Examination Stationery (ESheets) as per requirement The bid documents can be obtained from the Admin Section during working hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) after publication of this advertisement upon payment of a non-refundable Tender Fee of Rs. 2000 in favor of Secretary, BISE Abbottabad. Alternatively, bid documents can be downloaded from the EPADs portal at www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit bids inclusive of all applicable taxes along with Bid Security (CDR) at 2% of the total quoted bid value and other required documents uploaded on EPADs before the closing date. No hard copies of rates or documents will be accepted except the original Bid Security (CDR) and Tender Fee receipt or DD, which must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the category to the office of Secretary BISE Abbottabad before the closing time. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Guarantee up to 8% of the total price as per Rule 21 of KPPRA Rules 2014. Samples can be inspected at the Store Section of BISE Abbottabad during office hours. Bids will be electronically opened through EPADs on 19-11-2026 at 2:30 PM in accordance with KPPRA Rules and EPADs procedure. Bidders must also submit an undertaking on legal valid and attested stamp paper of Rs. 100 stating that the company/firm is not blacklisted by any government department or autonomous body in Pakistan and will supply items as per specifications and quality within the stipulated period. Late, conditional, or incomplete bids will be rejected. The quoted rates shall remain valid for 45 days from the date of bid opening. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your Bid Security (CDR) and Tender Fee receipt are properly prepared and submitted in a sealed envelope before the deadline to avoid disqualification. Also, register and upload all documents timely on the EPADs portal to comply with submission requirements.
