Supply of School Award and Zewar-e-Taleem Stipend Forms for Financial Year 2026-27

The General Manager Monitoring Code Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed quotations from all interested suppliers for the supply of School Award and Zewar-e-Taleem stipend forms for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is intended to facilitate the distribution of stipends and awards to eligible students across various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Interested bidders should submit their sealed quotations to the office of the General Manager Monitoring Code, Swat, by the deadline of 29 October 2026. Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered. All bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to a specified percentage of the quoted amount must be attached with the bid. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations as per prevailing procurement rules.
