Procurement of Explosion-Proof Fans for PSO Aviation Stations

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the procurement of Explosion-Proof Fans specifically designed for use at PSO Aviation Stations located in Peshawar and Skardu. This procurement is critical to ensure safety and compliance with hazardous area requirements at these aviation facilities. Items being procured: - Explosion-Proof Fans, Quantity: 3 units for PSO Peshawar Aviation Station - Explosion-Proof Fan, Quantity: 1 unit for PSO Skardu Aviation Station The fans must meet stringent specifications including ATEX rating suitable for zone 1, Gas Group 11C or better, Temperature Class T4 or better, metallic casing, air volume greater than 2330 m³/hour (1371 CFM), and operate on 220 Volt, 50Hz power input. Mounting compatibility for tank de-gassing conduits and wall installation is required. Vendors must provide a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery at the respective PSO Aviation Stations. Bidders should note that quoted prices must be inclusive of all government taxes and transportation charges. Delivery of items is expected within 90 days of Purchase Order issuance. Inspection and acceptance will be conducted by the Regional Head or authorized representative, with payment made post-acceptance. Partial payments are not allowed.
