Tender Description

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi is procuring Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) Machines for various airports under its jurisdiction. This procurement includes delivery, installation, commissioning, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) training, and any other related services as specified in the bidding documents. The tender reference number is HQPAA/1992/364/XXLN. The technical scope covers the supply of ETD machines along with allied services such as installation, commissioning, FAT, OEM and local training, and provision of spare parts. Bidders are required to submit detailed compliance sheets and price breakups for equipment, installation, training, and spares. The delivery period is 90 days from the date of contract signing, with a warranty period of two years from the issuance of the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) certificate by PAA. The bid submission deadline is 20th July 2026, with bid opening scheduled on the same day at 11:30 AM at the Logistics Center (South), Karachi. Bids must be submitted online via the PPRA EPADS portal and a physical copy of the bid security must be delivered to the Additional Director Logistics (ANS), Logistics Center (South), Pakistan Airports Authority, JIAP Karachi.
