Procurement of Fire Extinguishers at CUI Wah Campus

The Comsats University, Islamabad (Wah Campus) invites sealed bids for the procurement of fire extinguishers at its Wah Campus located in Rawalpindi, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P121198. The items being procured include: - DCP Fire Extinguisher – 50 KG, filled, brand new, complete with heavy-duty trolley and all required operating accessories including discharge hose/nozzle/horn, safety pin, operating handle and standard fittings (Quantity: 3) - CO₂ Fire Extinguisher – 50 KG, filled, brand new, complete with heavy-duty trolley and all required operating accessories including discharge hose/nozzle/horn, safety pin, operating handle and standard fittings (Quantity: 3) - DCP Fire Extinguisher – 06 KG, filled, brand new, complete with all required operating accessories including discharge hose/nozzle/horn, safety pin, operating handle and standard fittings (Quantity: 6) - CO₂ Fire Extinguisher – 05 KG, filled, brand new, complete with all required operating accessories including discharge hose/nozzle/horn, safety pin, operating handle and standard fittings (Quantity: 6) All extinguishers must be brand new, unused, factory-filled, and comply with NFPA 10 and/or BS EN 3 or equivalent international standards. The supplier must provide a minimum 12 months warranty from the date of final acceptance and offer after-sales servicing, inspection, refilling/recharging, and technical support through qualified personnel. Complaints must be attended to within 48 hours of notification. The supplier should have a branch with qualified technical staff in Rawalpindi/Islamabad to provide urgent support. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Friday, October 2, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bid security as specified in the bidding documents must be submitted physically before the deadline at Comsats University Wah Campus, G.T Road, Wah Cantt., Rawalpindi. This procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure compliance with all eligibility and technical criteria.
