Procurement of Firefighting Equipment for PSO EJHD Karachi Aviation Station

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the procurement of firefighting equipment specifically for the EJHD Karachi Aviation Station. This procurement is critical for enhancing fire safety infrastructure at the aviation station located in Karachi, Sindh. Items being procured: - Fire Water Hydrant (16 units) - Fire Water / Foam Water Monitor (8 units) - Hose Cabinet with Fire Hose (7 units) The Fire Water Hydrant assemblies are wet barrel type pillars made from API5L GR. B seamless pipes with ANSI B16.5 flanges and bronze body hydrant valves. Each hydrant will be hydrostatically tested at 250 PSIG and certified by third-party inspectors. The hydrants will be corrosion protected with zinc rich epoxy primer, epoxy mastic, and polyurethane topcoat in red shade. The Fire Water / Foam Water Monitors are constructed from stainless steel 316L, bronze, and brass with FM or UL certification, featuring 360-degree rotation and adjustable nozzle patterns. Hose cabinets are electrogalvanized steel or stainless steel 304 with red powder coating, housing fire hoses compliant with NFPA and BS standards. Vendors must arrange samples for demonstration and verification at the PSO designated location before procurement approval. Material Test Certificates (MTCs) for all components must be provided at inspection. Hydrostatic testing will be witnessed by PSO representatives. The equipment must be brand new, not older than one year from manufacturing date, and accompanied by operational, installation, and maintenance manuals. The delivery period is 26 weeks from the issuance of the Purchase Order. All transportation, loading, and unloading to the EJHD Karachi Aviation Station is the supplier's responsibility. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and acceptance. A bid security of Rs. 100,000 is required. Technical literature and compliance sheets signed and stamped by the bidder must accompany the bid.
