Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila, located in Taxila, Punjab, is procuring a Fork Lifter with a 5 Ton capacity. This procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Directorate at Heavy Industries Taxila. The tender reference number is 5081/26-27/IT-6102/HRF(T)/FOR(A)/SCM dated 21 July 2026. The delivery period for the Fork Lifter is 3 months after signing the contract, with the destination being HRF, HIT Taxila.

The technical scope requires the Fork Lifter to conform to the specifications and technical data as per Annexure G. The equipment must be brand new, from the current production year, and comply with the latest design and specifications. The supplier must provide OEM certificates, quality certifications, inspection documents, and ensure the equipment bears the manufacturer's identification marking. Inspection and testing will be conducted by an inspecting team as per the Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP). The supplier is responsible for successful commissioning and technical assistance during the warranty period.
Eligibility criteria include valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration, and compliance with DPP&I-35 and MoDP rules. Firms must submit documents such as registration/pre-qualification letters, audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements, CNIC copies, trade links with OEMs, and a judicial certificate confirming no blacklisting. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid. Bid Security/Earnest Money is required as per instructions.
The bid submission deadline is 27 August 2026 at 10:30 hours, with bid opening at 11:00 hours the same day. Bids must be submitted in two envelopes: Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal, sealed and marked accordingly, and dropped in the Tender Box at Gate No 5, Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt.
