Procurement of Furniture Items Through Framework Contract

Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC), a Public Sector Organization based in Lahore, invites electronic bids from eligible and legally registered manufacturers, authorized dealers, and suppliers for the procurement of furniture items through a Framework Contract in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Office tables - Workstations - Executive/managerial tables - Office and visitor chairs - Cabinets - Storage units - Conference tables - Side/center tables - Other furniture items as specified in the bidding documents The Framework Contract covers supply of the above furniture items as per detailed specifications, estimated requirements, evaluation criteria, delivery conditions, and terms & conditions available in the bidding documents on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The contract period is 12 months. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the prescribed deadline. Bid security of PKR 100,000/- is required along with a performance guarantee of 1% of the contract value. All applicable taxes, duties, transportation, delivery, installation, and other associated costs shall be borne by the supplier as specified. PLIC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The bid submission deadline is 12 October 2026 before 03:00 PM. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure compliance with all eligibility, qualification, technical, financial, and documentary requirements.
