Procurement of Furniture, Gym Equipment, Smart Classrooms, Solar Backup System and Attendance System by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department invites e-tenders through the official EPADS portal for the supply of various machinery and equipment under the scheme titled "Upgradation of Forest Development related Training Facilities and Rehabilitation Infrastructure at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School (KPFS), Abbottabad". Cost Rs. 16.39 Million) - Procurement of Gym and Physical Training Equipment (Rs. 4.03 Million) - Smart Interactive Classrooms (86" Interactive Flat Panels) (Rs. 10.60 Million) - Auxiliary Materials for Training and Teaching (Rs. 1.20 Million) - Digitization of Presentation Room with Zoom Meeting Facilities (Rs. 0.88 Million) - Up-gradation of Surveillance (CCTV/IP) System (Rs. 0.50 Million) - Digital Standee (3ft x 5ft) Display System with Controller & Software (Rs. 0.57 Million) - Purchase of Solar Backup System for Digital Infrastructure of KPFS (Rs. 3.00 Million) - Computer Lab/Smart Class room Hall (Rs. 4.75 Million) - Automatic (Biometric) Attendance System (Rs. 5.76 Million) - Smart Classroom with Sound System with Auxiliary Materials (Rs. 7.08 Million) The technical scope includes supply and installation of modern training and hostel equipment, digital and interactive classroom technology, surveillance systems, biometric attendance, and solar backup systems to ensure uninterrupted power supply. The site is the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School in Abbottabad. Eligibility criteria require firms/suppliers to be registered with FBR and relevant tax authorities, provide earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), and submit bids through the EPADS portal.
