Procurement of Furniture for Petroleum Social Development Committee PSDC Matiari

The District Education Officer Matiari invites sealed tenders for procurement of furniture for the Petroleum Social Development Committee (PSDC) District Matiari at SEF Al-Madani School Village Barkat Bhatti Taluka Matiari for the Academic Year 2026-27. The procurement is under a single stage two envelope process as per SPPRA rules. Items being procured: - Mono Desk (Tali Wood 42X15X30) - Chairs (Tali Wood 18X18X36) - Staff Room Chair - Teachers Chair - Clerk Office Table (4X2.5) - Filling Cabinets for Office - Whiteboard - Soft Board - Electric Water Cooler Bidding documents can be collected from the office of the District Education Officer Matiari from 28.09.2026 to 13.10.2026 one hour before closing on payment of Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable) for each tender or downloaded from the SPPRA website. Completed bid documents must be submitted by 01.09.2026 till 02:00 PM along with 3% bid security in shape of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee or Bank Draft in favor of the District Education Officer Matiari. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids will be opened after evaluation and approval of technical proposals. Eligibility requires earnest money of 3% of bid cost. Conditional or bids without security will not be considered. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per SPPRA rules 2010 (amended). Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
