Tender Description
The District Education Officer (Elementary Secondary & Higher Secondary) Matiari invites sealed tenders for procurement of furniture for the Petroleum Social Development Committee (PSDC) District Matiari at SEF Al-Madani School located in Village Barkat Bhatti, Taluka Matiari for the Academic Year 2026-27. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per SPPRA rules.

The scope includes supply and delivery of quality furniture items suitable for educational institutions. Bidders must ensure compliance with specifications and timely delivery to the designated school site.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A bid security of 3% of the bid cost in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Bank Draft is mandatory. The estimated cost of the tender is Rs. 4.000 Million.
Tender documents can be collected from the office of the District Education Officer Matiari from 18-08-2026 to 01-09-2026, one hour before closing, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000. Documents are also available for download from the SPPRA website.
Completed bids must be submitted by 01-09-2026 at 02:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM, followed by financial bid opening on 07-09-2026 at 03:00 PM. Bidders or their authorized representatives are encouraged to attend the bid opening sessions. Conditional bids or bids without security will be rejected.
The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance, subject to SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended).
