Procurement of General Store Items for Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi

The Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of General Store Items under the fiscal year 2026/27. This tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Process as per PPRA regulations and is open to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), their agents, authorized distributors, and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, active on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and registered with the Directorate General Defense Purchase (DGDP) or Directorate General Procurement-Army (DGP-A) or any ordnance depots of Pakistan Army and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Items being procured: - General Store Items as detailed in the Schedule of Requirements (Annexure A) The procurement includes submission of Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, and Vendor Profile/Qualification Documents as per formats provided in Annexures B, C, D, and E. Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes clearly marked TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL for procurement of General Stores 07/Normal/2026-27, along with a separate envelope for Vendor Profile/Qualification Documents. Original hard copies and digital copies on CDs/DVDs must be delivered to the Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi, Fort Road, Rawalpindi Cantonment before 1030 hours on 20 August 2026. Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated bid value is required within five working days of intimation from COD Rawalpindi. Failure to submit complete documents or bid security may lead to outright rejection. Procurement is planned within the Current Financial Year and quantities may be amended or decreased at order placement.
