Tender Description
The Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi is inviting bids for the procurement of general store items under the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Rawalpindi location and is managed by the Local Purchase Branch of COD Rawalpindi. Items being procured:
- Refueling On Mov (ROM) Kit (Nos)
- Multi Source Avn Refueling System (MARS) Trolleys (Nos)
- Disel Filteration and Dispensing Unit (DFDU) (Nos)
- Solar Op Deep Freezers (Nos)
The technical scope requires detailed technical proposals including drawings, designs, and OEM component details. Manufacturing and assembly line capabilities will be evaluated to ensure production capacity. Bidders must submit a 5% bid security and commercial offers for each item separately. The procurement is planned within the current financial year and quantities may be adjusted at the time of order placement.
Eligibility criteria are strict: bidders must be OEMs, authorized agents, or suppliers registered with FBR and PEC, and must be registered with DGDP or related defense procurement authorities. Blacklisted or bankrupt firms are disqualified. Bidders must provide complete vendor profiles, technical proposals, and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes. The bid security must be deposited within five working days of intimation.
The tender documents can be obtained from the Local Purchase Office COD Rawalpindi during working hours. The submission deadline is 12 August 2026 at 1030 hours, with bid opening at 1100 hours the same day in the conference room of COD Rawalpindi. Bidders should ensure all documents are complete and properly sealed to avoid rejection.
