Tender Description
The Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of general store items for the financial year 2026/27. This tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope process as per PPRA regulations and targets Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), their agents, authorized distributors, and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and registered with the Directorate General Defense Purchase (DGDP) / Directorate General Procurement-Army (DGP-A). Additionally, bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for supply of items.
Items being procured:
- General Store Items as detailed in Annexure A
The tender documents include detailed instructions for bidders and terms and conditions in Annexure B, vendor profile and qualification documents format in Annexure C, financial proposal format in Annexure D, and technical proposal format along with technical specifications for required stores/goods/equipment in Annexure E. Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL - IT for procurement of Gen Stores 17/Normal/2026-27' and 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL - IT for procurement of Gen Stores 17/Normal/2026-27' along with the name of the bidding firm or entity. Vendor profile/qualification documents must be submitted separately in an envelope marked accordingly.
The bid opening will take place on 02 November 2026 at 1100 hours in the Conference Room of Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi, Fort Road, Rawalpindi. The bid submission deadline is 02 November 2026 at 1030 hours. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all registration and documentation requirements and submit bids on time to avoid disqualification.
