Procurement of Goods and Services for Abkalani Material along Desert Canal System Mile 0 to 36 and Pat Feeder System RD-0 to 125 and Its Off Taking Channels for Year 2026-2027

The Executive Engineer of the Irrigation Department, Kashmore Division Kashmore, is inviting bids for the procurement of goods and services related to Abkalani Material along the Desert Canal System from Mile 0 to 36 and Pat Feeder System RD-0 to 125 including its Off Taking Channels for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2019). Items being procured: - Abkalani Material along Desert Canal System Mile 0 to 36 - Pat Feeder System RD-0 to 125 - Off Taking Channels materials and services The scope includes supply and services for O&M and M&R works at site as and when required by the Executive Engineer Kashmore Division. The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer during working hours. The bid security in the form of Call Deposit of Rs. 1,000,000/- must be submitted along with a non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 2,000/-. The bids will be received and opened on 3rd August 2026 at 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM respectively in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with relevant Provincial and Federal Tax Authorities including FBR and SRB, possess valid registration certificates, CNIC, and an affidavit stating the firm has never been blacklisted. Only bidders registered on EPADS with active NTN, SRB, and professional tax registration are eligible. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to verify all submitted documents and disqualify bidders for any forgery or misrepresentation. The quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and remain valid until 30th June 2027. Conditional bids will not be entertained. Payment will be subject to availability of funds and satisfactory inspection of supplied materials or work. In case of failure to supply within stipulated time, the Procuring Agency may procure from the open market at the risk and cost of the defaulting contractor. The bids must be submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer, Kashmore Division, Kashmore at Colony No. 1. If bids remain un-responded, a second schedule for receipt and opening of bids is set for 18th August 2026 at 12:00 Noon and 12:30 PM respectively.
