Procurement of Goods and Services for Arrangements and Promotions of Religious Activities by Auqaf Religious Affairs Zakat & Ushr Department Sindh

The Auqaf Religious Affairs Zakat & Ushr Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi, invites bids for the procurement of goods and services related to arrangements and promotions of religious activities and events across Sindh. This procurement covers a comprehensive range of event management services and goods for various religious conferences and programs scheduled from August 2026 through May 2027 in multiple cities including Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, and Shaheed Benazirabad. Items being procured include: - Printing of invitation cards (500 cards, size 5' x 7' with envelopes) - Panaflex with wooden frame fitting (various sizes) - Designing of digital panaflex for SMD screens (sizes 10x10, 30x10) - Complete sound system with transport including Hi-Fi speakers, mixers, amplifiers, wireless microphones, CD player - Generators with fuel and transport (60 KVA, 100 KVA, 150 KVA) - SMD's P-III and P-IV high resolution screens with transport - Illumination and lighting of event venues with transport - Decoration including presiding stage chairs, head table with fresh flowers, tents, acrylic chairs with cushions, sofas, floor carpets, tables with covers - Crockery, waiters for VIPs and general public with transportation - Portable floor air conditioners (2 Ton and 4 Ton) with transport - Electric pedestal fans with transport - Photography and video recording with editing including drone cameras - Hi tea menu and food for VIP guests and general public for lunch/dinner - Iftar dinner for VIP and general public during Ramzan-ul-Mubarak - Shields and panaflex standees with program/department names - Religious gift packs for VIP guests - Flower bouquets for distinguished guests - Venues for events in all districts of Sindh - Sindhi Topi and Ajrak (A Class) - Shawls for distinguished guests - Hiring of vehicles including 1800CC cars, Hiace vans, Costar vans, and loader trucks with driver and fuel for all over Sindh The technical scope includes supply, installation, and management of all listed items and services for religious events such as Ihtram-e-Muharram Conference, Milad-e-Mustafa Conference, Seerat-un-Nabi Conference, Interfaith Harmony Conference, Qiraat Competitions, Ulma & Mashaikh Conference, Mehfil-e-Sama, and Iftar Dinner at provincial level. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have relevant experience of at least three years, financial strength with minimum turnover of Rs. 70 million, valid tax registrations, and operational office in Karachi. Bid security of 5% of total quoted bid is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via SPPRA EPADS portal and original bid security delivered to the department office before bid opening.
