Tender Description
Municipal Committee Kameer invites bids for a Framework Contract for the fiscal year 2026-27 covering procurement of goods, services, and civil works. This procurement is conducted under PPRA rules and will be executed through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must have NTN, STRN, and Professional Tax Certificates to participate.

- Lot No.01: Building Materials & Hardware Items
- Lot No.02: Stationery Items
- Lot No.03: Electrical Items
- Lot No.04: Horticultural Items
- Lot No.05: Miscellaneous Items
- Lot No.01: Supply & Fixing of Different Items (Services)
- Lot No.02: Provision of Machinery/Vehicle on Rental Basis (With Fuel and Driver/Operator)
- Lot No.03: Supply and Fixing of Different Items (on Rental Basis)
- Lot No.01: Sewerage Works & Items (Civil Works)
- Lot No.02: Road Works Items (Civil Works)
The scope includes supply and fixing of various materials and items, provision of machinery and vehicles on rental basis including fuel and driver/operator, and execution of sewerage and road works. All procurement activities will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Bidders must submit their bids online by 31 August 2026 at 12:00 pm. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1:00 pm in the office of Municipal Committee Kameer.
Eligibility requires registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for contractors. Earnest money amounts vary per lot, ranging from PKR 49,113 to PKR 1,749,875. Performance guarantees and compliance with PST/GST are mandatory. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected.
