Procurement of Goods, Services and Works on Rate Contract Basis for Tubewells, Pumping Stations, Vehicles, Buildings and Machinery

The Executive Engineer of Tube Wells Division No. II Hala invites electronic bids through SPPRA E-PADS for a Rate Contract Basis procurement for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement covers goods, services, and works related to the operation and maintenance of tubewells and pumping stations, government vehicles, office and residential buildings, machinery, and equipment. Items being procured: - Goods and services under O&M/M&R to Tubewells/Pumping Stations - Government Vehicles - Office Buildings - Residential Buildings - Other Buildings and Others - Machinery & Equipment The scope includes maintenance and repair works for the above assets ensuring operational efficiency and upkeep. Bidders must have valid PEC registration (June 2027) in the relevant category, active FBR and SRB registration with ATL status, and demonstrate experience of similar works over the last three years with documentary evidence. Annual income tax returns and bank statements for the last three years are also required. Affidavits regarding non-blacklisting and non-involvement in litigation must be submitted. The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure via the SPPRA E-PADS system. Bids must be submitted electronically by 16-09-2026 at 10:30 AM along with the required bid security of Rs. 500,000 and tender fee of Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable). Hard copies of the bid security and tender fee must also be submitted before bid opening. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
