Contractors must be equipped to handle both routine and unforeseen maintenance tasks, ensuring water flow and canal integrity. The work will be executed under the supervision of the Executive Engineer Nasrat Division. Eligibility criteria are stringent: bidders must have valid PEC registration as of June 2026 in the relevant category with a bid capacity exceeding PKR 4.5 million. Registration with FBR and SRB with active ATL status is mandatory. Firms should demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least PKR 50 million over the last three years, supported by audited financial statements from an ICAP-registered audit firm. Bank statements and income tax returns for the last three years are required. Experience in similar nature works with documentary evidence is essential. Affidavits regarding non-blacklisting and non-involvement in litigation with government or semi-government departments must be provided. The bid security is PKR 4.5 million, and the non-refundable tender fee is PKR 4,000. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS system by 20-08-2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical proposals opened first and financial proposals opened publicly later. The original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the office near Bilawal Stadium Road Nawabshah before bid opening.
