Procurement of Hand Hygiene Kiosk by Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore

The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) Lahore invites e-bids from original manufacturers, foreign/local manufacturers, distributors, and general order suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the procurement of Hand Hygiene Kiosks. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a single stage single envelope bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Hand Hygiene Kiosk (Quantity: 2) The estimated cost for the procurement is Rs. 697,000 with a bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 13,940. Delivery terms are DDP basis at PKLI Lahore. Bidders can obtain bidding documents free of cost from the PPRA Punjab website and Punjab e-Procurement System. The bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 15-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Hard copies are not required. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 01-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the conference room of the supply department Tower-A.
