Procurement of Hardware for SGA&C Department Sindh Secretariat Karachi

The Services, General Administration And Coordination Department, Government of Sindh, invites eligible bidders for the procurement of hardware to support the operational activities of the SGA&C Department offices located at Sindh Secretariat Building No. 1, Kamal-Atta-Turk Road, Karachi. This procurement is conducted through national competitive bidding using a Single Stage-One Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010. Items being procured: - All in One Computer with accessories (10 units) - Black & white Laser Printer (2 units) The hardware must conform to the technical specifications detailed in the bidding documents, including new and unused equipment with the latest models. The All in One Computers should feature a 27" FHD touch display, Intel Core Ultra 7 255U processor, 8GB DDR5 RAM, 512GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD, Wi-Fi 6, and Intel UHD Graphics. The Laser Printers should offer good printing speed. Delivery of all goods shall be made within 30 business days from the contract signing date to the Procuring Agency's office in Karachi. Inspection and acceptance will be conducted by the Procuring Agency's authorized representatives, including possible testing at PCSIR Laboratory. Bidders must provide a bid security of 2% of the estimated value and comply with all eligibility and qualification criteria including registration with FBR and Active Taxpayer List status. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal by 11:00 am on 16th November 2026. No physical bids will be accepted. The bid opening will be held electronically at 12:00 noon on the same day. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal.
