Procurement of Stationery, Equipment, Repairs, Lubricants, Uniforms and Building Works for FY 2026-27

**Police Department, Punjab Constabulary, Battalion No. 02** invites sealed bids from well-reputed and registered firms for procurement and related repair and building works for financial year 2026-27. Bids must be addressed to the SP/Battalion Commander, Battalion No. 2, Punjab Constabulary, Rawat, Rawalpindi. Eligible bidders should be registered, reputable firms able to provide the relevant goods, services or works. A bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost must accompany the financial proposal as a pay order or bank draft in favour of the SP/Battalion Commander. The successful bidder must provide a 5% performance guarantee. ATL status is not mentioned and should be verified before bidding. Tender documents cost **PKR 500**, non-refundable. Sealed technical and financial proposals, comprising one package with separate envelopes, must reach the Battalion Commander at Rawat, Rawalpindi by **20 August 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Opening is at **11:30 AM** the same day in the bidders presence. Rates remain valid until **30 June 2027**.
