Procurement of Hydraulic Barrier, Power House Elevator Repair, and Plant & Equipment at 81 MW Malakand-III HPC Dargai

Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO) invites bids under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per KPPRA rules for important works at the 81 MW Malakand-III Hydropower Complex located in Dargai, Malakand. This tender covers three distinct lots involving procurement, installation, repair, and commissioning activities. Items being procured: - Procurement, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Hydraulic Barrier at 81 MW Malakand-III HPC Dargai - Repair of power house elevator including installation of new electronic controller at 81 MW Malakand-III HPC Dargai - Procurement of different types of Plant and Equipment at 81 MW Malakand-III HPC Dargai The scope includes supply and installation of hydraulic barriers, repair and upgrade of elevator control systems, and procurement of various plant and equipment essential for the hydropower complex's operation. The works are to be completed as per work orders issued by PEDO. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active status at bid submission. An active Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN) with FBR is mandatory. Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) are available for download from the e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). Bids must be submitted electronically via e-PADS before the deadlines specified for each lot. Key submission deadlines are 3rd November 2026 at 10:00 AM for Lot 01, 10:30 AM for Lot 02, and 11:00 AM for Lot 03. Bid opening will follow shortly after submission times at PEDO House, Hayatabad, Peshawar, in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives. Earnest money of 2% of the total bid price is required in the form of a bank draft or CDR in favor of CEO, PEDO, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. PEDO reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA Rules 2014.
