Procurement and Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System

The Pakistan Remote Sensing Agency (PRAL) invites electronic bids for the procurement and implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System in Islamabad. This tender aims to acquire a comprehensive ERP solution to streamline and integrate various organizational processes and resources effectively. Items being procured: - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System software and implementation services The scope includes the supply, installation, configuration, and implementation of the ERP system tailored to PRAL's operational requirements. Bidders should ensure compliance with technical specifications and provide support for seamless integration with existing infrastructure. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in ERP system implementation and relevant PEC categories will be advantageous. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or Bid Security requirements are as per PRAL's procurement rules. Bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk and https://epms.ppra.gov.pk. Electronic proposals must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 by 26 October 2026, 3:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM. The notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) constituted under Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004, is available on PRAL's website pral.com.pk.
