Pakistan Ordnance Factories Wah Cantt invites sealed and electronic bids from original manufacturers and authorized dealers/suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments for supply of various items. The procurement is for the supply of electrical, mechanical, computer spares, and foundry materials required by the department located in Wah Cantt. Items being procured: - Electrical Store (LED Lights) (02 Items) - Electrical Spares/Store (05 Items) - Computer Spares (02 Items) - Foundry & Refractory Stores (03 Items) - Bearings, Thermocouples & Die Heaters (09 Items) - Machine/Plant Spares Mechanical (04 Items) - Aluminum Strip/Bar (04 Items) - Hematite Pig Iron (Foundry & Refractory Stores) (139000 kg) - Steel Rod (03 Items) - Machine/Plant Spares Mechanical (16 Items) - Production Tools (Special) (05 Items) - Electrical Store (25 Items) - Production Tools (Special) (04 Items) The scope includes supply of quality materials and spares as per specifications detailed in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have valid sales tax registration. Earnest money and bid security requirements apply as per POF rules. Bidding documents with item-wise details and specifications are available free of cost at the office of the undersigned or can be downloaded from the POF website (www.pof.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted online through the POF E-Bidding Portal (www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk) and also physically delivered sealed to the Bid Center adjacent to Rabta Hall by 19-11-2026 before 1100 hrs. Technical envelopes will be opened at 1130 hrs on the same day.
