Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms for the procurement of Industrial Fans under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure on FOR basis. This procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Directorate at HIT Taxila Cantt, Punjab. The tender reference is Bid No. 4756/IT-7167/2026-27/HRF(T)/FOR(B)/SCM dated 29 Jul 2026. - Industrial Fans (Qty: 6 Nos)
The fans should conform to the technical specifications provided in Annexure G, including an external radius of 1300 mm, electric motor wattage of 550, and maximum RPM of 800. The manufacturer is Pakistan Power Tool or an equivalent OEM. Delivery period is 3 months after signing of contract, with destination at HRF, HIT Taxila.
Eligibility criteria require firms to possess valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration where applicable, and meet the conditions outlined in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) and DPP&I-35. Firms must submit a bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft, or Pay Order as per instructions. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes, with the technical bid including muted bid security and all required documents.
