Procurement and Installation of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) as per PPMC Specification No. PPMC-DS-01:2026

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites electronic bids for the procurement and installation of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) as per PPMC Specification No. PPMC-DS-01:2026. The procurement is conducted on FCS basis at MEPCO Regional Stores. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage, One Envelope method as per PPRA Rules-2004 (Amended to-date). Items being procured: - 1100 units for Multan Circle - 350 units for Bahawalpur, Vehari & Bahawalnagar Circle - 983 units for Rahim Yar Khan Circle - 973 units for Rahim Yar Khan & Muzaffargarh/Ghaziabad Circle The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of the APMS system meeting the specified technical standards. Bid security in original form such as Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bid Guarantee from scheduled banks in favor of Chief Executive Officer MEPCO Multan must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with tender number and title before the E-BID submission deadline.
