Procurement and Installation of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) as per PPMC Specification No. PPMC-DS-01:2026

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites electronic bids for the procurement and installation of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) as per PPMC Specification No. PPMC-DS-01:2026. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage, One Envelope bidding procedure according to PPRA Rules-2004 (Amended to-date). The material will be procured on FCS basis at MEPCO Regional Stores. Items being procured: - Lot I: 1100 Nos for Multan Circle - Lot II: 350 Nos for Bahawalpur, Vehari & Bahawalnagar Circle - Lot III: 983 Nos for Rahim Yar Khan Circle - Lot IV: 973 Nos for Rahim Yar Khan & Muzaffargarh Circle The scope includes supply and installation of the APMS system meeting the specified standards. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and provide required bid security in the form of Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bid Guarantee issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of the Chief Executive Officer MEPCO Multan. Bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, and evaluation criteria are available on the EPADS 2.0 portal (www.pa.epads.gov.pk). Interested bidders must register and submit their bids electronically on EPADS 2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly in the office of Director (Procurement) Distribution MEPCO Limited, Multan. The electronic bids shall be opened half an hour after the bid submission deadline on 21-09-2026 at 1100 Hrs. Bidders should ensure timely submission and attach the original bid security with their electronic bid. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
