This tender invites bids for the procurement, installation, and commissioning of generators at NADRA Regional Head Offices and Mega Centre Karachi, Islamabad Capital Territory. The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) requires turnkey solutions including delivery, installation, earthing, foundation, cabling, and commissioning of 100 KVA and 200 KVA generators at multiple locations including Gwadar, Gilgit, AJK, Karachi, Sargodha, and Sukkur. The scope includes proper alignment, leveling, secure placement, and connection to existing power systems. Vendors must provide comprehensive training to NADRA staff on operation and maintenance, along with all necessary documentation and warranties. The generators must comply with local standards for earthing and foundation, and cabling must be installed with proper protection and labeling. The warranty period covers 24 months or 2000 running hours, whichever comes first, with service support and spare parts availability for at least 10 years.
