Procurement and Installation of IT Equipment and Solar Power System

The District Judiciary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Office of the Senior Civil Judge Admin Karak, is procuring and installing a range of IT equipment and a solar power system for the financial year 2025–26. This procurement includes laptops with 13th Generation Intel Core i5 processors, all-in-one computers with touch screens, LED monitors, printers, scanners, and a comprehensive solar PV system including 590 Watt bifacial crystalline solar panels, hybrid inverters, lithium battery banks, mounting structures, earthing systems, and all necessary cabling and breakers. The procurement is specific to Karak and aims to enhance the office's technological and energy infrastructure. The technical scope covers high-performance computing devices with Windows 11 Pro, advanced display technologies, and peripherals with local warranty. The solar system components must meet KP government standards, including 25-year warranties on panels and 5-year warranties on batteries, with installation adhering to strict voltage drop limits and safety standards. The scope also includes civil works for mounting structures and earthing installations. Eligible bidders must be well-established firms registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax, and KPPRA departments. They should have relevant experience and provide a manufacturer authorization letter for after-sales services, with a mandatory Peshawar office. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure with technical and financial bids submitted via EPADS. Earnest Money of 2% of the total bid amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required, payable to the Senior Civil Judge Admin Karak. The deadline for online bid submission is 02-06-2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids evaluated the same day at 01:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 25-05-2026 at 01:30 PM at the Joint Judicial Complex Karak, with video link access available.
