Procurement, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Hydraulic Barrier and Repair of Power House Elevator and Miscellaneous Equipment at 81 MW Malakand-III HPC Dargai

Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO) invites bids under a Single Stage, One Envelope Procedure as per KPPRA rules for important works at the 81 MW Malakand-III Hydropower Complex in Dargai, Malakand. The procurement involves three key lots: - Lot No. 01: Procurement, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Hydraulic Barrier at 81 MW Malakand-III HPC Dargai - Lot No. 02: Repair of power house elevator including installation of new electronic controllers at 81 MW Malakand-III HPC Dargai - Lot No. 03: Procurement of different types of Plant and Equipment at 81 MW Malakand-III HPC Dargai Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active status as of bid submission date. Possession of an active Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN) with FBR is mandatory. The bidding documents are available for download from the e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS on or before the specified deadlines. The bids will be opened on the same day in the Main Committee Room at PEDO House, Sector 38/B-2, Phase V, Hayatabad, Peshawar, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A bid security of 2% of the total bid price in the form of a bank draft or CDR in favor of CEO, PEDO, valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity date, is required.
