Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi invites sealed bids from reputed firms registered under Income Tax and Sales Tax Act for the procurement of IT and electrical equipment. This tender is specifically for suppliers who can provide quality computer and office electronic devices with warranty and after-sales support in Karachi. Items being procured: - Computer Brand Dell, Core i7, 13th Generation, 1TB SSD, 16 GB RAM, Keyboard Dell, Mouse Dell (Computer Accessories), LCD 19" Dell with UPS 650VA (Quantity: 04) - HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw (4-in-1 Multi-function) (Quantity: 02) - Fujitsu ScanSnap iX1600 (Premium ADF Document Scanner) (Quantity: 02) - DELI – ET099 Paper Shredder (Quantity: 02) The technical scope includes supply of branded computer systems with latest generation processors, high capacity SSD storage, and essential accessories including UPS for power backup. The HP LaserJet Pro multifunction printers and Fujitsu premium document scanners are required for office document management. Paper shredders are also included to ensure secure disposal of sensitive documents. All items come with a 1-year warranty. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and have valid Sales Tax registration. Experience in supplying IT and electrical equipment to government or large organizations is preferred. Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order amounting to PKR 2,000/- is required, non-refundable, in favor of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi. Tender documents with detailed specifications can be obtained upon submission of a written application and payment of the fee. Sealed bids must reach the undersigned office by 05 August 2026 at 10:00 hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 hours. Late submissions will not be entertained.
