Tender Description
The Sindh Population Welfare Housing Foundation (SPHF) invites qualified Pakistani firms to submit bids for the procurement of IT equipment for the Sindh Family Economic Housing and Rehabilitation Project (SFEHRP). This procurement is aimed at supporting the implementation of the project under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010. The procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules.

- Desktop computers
- Laptop computers
- Network equipment
- UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)
- Other IT accessories as per specifications
The technical specifications and detailed requirements for the IT equipment are provided in the bidding documents available on the SPHF website. Bidders must ensure that all items meet the required standards and specifications to support the project’s operational needs.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and have proven experience in supplying IT equipment. Compliance with FBR registration and other statutory requirements is mandatory. Bidders should also demonstrate the capacity to deliver and support the equipment as per the project timeline.
The tender documents can be downloaded from the SPHF website www.sphf.gos.pk or obtained via email from cpo@sphf.gos.pk. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the e-procurement system (e-bids) by 10th February 2026 at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at the specified time. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently.
Negotiations may be conducted with the lowest evaluated bidder if necessary. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission. A practical tip for bidders is to thoroughly check the e-bidding system requirements and complete all registration steps well before the closing date to avoid last-minute technical issues.
