Procurement of IT Equipment under Export Assistance Program for SMEs(EAP)

The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of IT Equipment under the Export Assistance Program for SMEs (EAP) for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to support SMEs with modern IT equipment to enhance their export capabilities. The procurement will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Delivery location is SMEDA office, 4th Floor, Building No.3, Aiwan-Iqbal Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore. Delivery schedule varies from 6 to 12 weeks depending on category. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, GST, ATL registration, authorized distributor status, minimum average annual turnover per category, and submission of bid security in the form of pay order, call deposit, bank guarantee or demand draft. Bidders must provide a bid securing declaration and warranty undertaking. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal before the deadline of Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically at SMEDA Lahore office before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0.
