Supply and Installation of ICT Equipment at NTOS Dry Port Lahore

The National Logistics Corporation (NLC) invites qualified bidders to participate in the procurement of ICT equipment for NTOS Dry Port Lahore. Delivery is required within 60 days of issuance of Letter of Acceptance. Bidders must provide OEM authorization letters, complete technical data, and comply with all bid qualification criteria including NTN/STRN registration and active tax filer status. Tender fee of Rs 2,000 and bid security of Rs 200,000 in the form of bank drafts are mandatory. Performance bank guarantee of 5% of contract value will be required from the successful bidder. Submission of bids follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and commercial offers must be sealed separately and submitted to HQ NLC, Harding Road, Rawalpindi before the deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained. The financial offer must be firm, inclusive of all taxes, packing, and delivery charges to Lahore.
